Recreation. The Parks Department
is proud to unveil our latest brochure outlining
all the fun things to do and see in Flushing Meadows
Corona Park. The Park is home not only to the Unisphere,
but the US Open Tennis Tournament, Queens Theatre
in the Park, and more.

development is revitalizing the Borough of Queens.
We are pleased to present this collection of photos

this office works tirelessly to provide for your

Queens Poet Laureate 2010
On June 17th, Queens Borough President Helen Marshall
was joined by Queens College President James Muyskens
at an installation ceremony for the fifth Poet
Laureate of Queens, Paolo Javier, who will serve
in this position from 2010 to 2013. Read more and
