Queens Borough President Helen Marshall helped to unveil a Flushing Remonstrance postal cancellation stamp at the Flushing Library, Thursday, December 6th. The issuance of the stamp celebrates the 350th Anniversary of the document that was a forerunner of the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
