Queens Borough President Helen Marshall officially opened the Queens Tourism Center - located in a retired subway car - outside Borough Hall, Tuesday, January 8th. The recovered subway car will now be used to provide information about government offices and a smorgasbord of cultural and recreational attractions in Queens.
