The Queens General Assembly is a core initiative of the Marshall Plan, which strives to bring together long-time residents and recent immigrants from around the Borough.

The appointed Delegates of the QGA meet on a regular basis to learn about each other’s cultures, and to address Quality of Life issues that we all have in common.
