The above calendar contains the scheduled Queens
Borough President's Land Use Public Hearing (LUPH)
dates for 2006. Items are calendared for the BP's
hearing only after the affected Community Board
has acted.
The Borough President's Land Use Public Hearings
are held every three (3) weeks on Thursdays starting
at 10:30am. The hearings are held in the Borough
President’s Conference Room, located on the

Boulevard.
The format of the BP's Land Use Public Hearing
is as follows:

and gives a detailed explanation of the proposed
application. The floor is then opened for public
speakers who have three (3) minutes each to give
their testimony.
The Borough President does not make a decision
or recommendation at the hearing.
