Civilian Complaint Review Board monthly meeting @ Queens Library at Long Island City | New York | United States

You are invited to attend the Civilian Complaint Review Board’s monthly Board Meeting to discuss oversight of the New York City Police Department. Guests will have the opportunity to ask questions about police-community relations and learn about key Agency updates. Investigators will be available to receive complaints of misconduct.

This town hall style meeting is intended to open a dialogue with community leaders and residents of Queens in order to better understand police-community relations in the borough. It is a forum for the community to voice their concerns, offer insights, and share experiences with policing and police-community relations in the neighborhood. Members from the community are allowed to make a comment during the public session or sign-up upon arrival to speak.

Although RSVP is not required, here is a link to RSVP to the event.
