The “5th ANNUAL COMMUNITY HEALTH & EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES FAIR” will be held at: I.S. 59Q (Springfield Gardens Intermediate School 59) located at 132-55 Ridgedale Street, Springfield Gardens, NY. 11413 from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm (Rain or Shine).
We will cater to both adults and children by providing the following: No Cost Mammograms and Breast Examinations (provided by the American-Italian Cancer Foundation), Blood pressure screenings, HIV/AIDS, HEP-C screenings, Mental Health Information, Health Insurance coverage information, Financial & Educational Resource Information, Employment Opportunities, Fire Safety Prevention (FDNY) and other information from various State, City and local agencies and organizations, many Give-a-Ways and … GAMES FOR YOUTH, Arts & Crafts, music, FREE – Lunch, and more for the whole family!!
