Application submitted by Tuchman Associates, LLC, for an amendment of the Zoning Map by changing from an R6B District to an R6 District property bounded by the southwesterly and southerly boundary line of Flushing Meadows Corona Park, a line 100 feet easterly of Sautell Avenue and its northerly prolongation, a line midway between Corona and Van Cleef Street, and Sautell Avenue and its northerly centerline prolongation. Location is within Queens Community District 4 in Corona.

 

  1. Application submitted by Tuchman Associates, LLC, to amend the New York City Zoning Resolution establishing and mapping the area to be rezoned as a Mandatory Inclusionary Housing Area. Location is within Queens Community District 4 in Corona.
