The distribution has been made possible in large part due to generous donations of PPEs by the Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce of New York, facilitated by the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in New York, (50,000 face masks), the Greater New York Automobile Dealers Association (50,000 non-medical disposable masks), Buddha’s Light International Association, New York and Fo Guang Shan Buddhist Temple of New York (10,000 medical masks, 6,000 surgical masks and 3,000 N-95 masks) and The Coca-Cola Company and  Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages (5,225 face shields). Queens is grateful for their swift, generous acts of care in these unprecedented times.
